Ribbon Bows for Victorian Costumes

Since bows are THE Victorian trim this tutorial will work for most 19th century garments.

Using any size ribbon or cut strips of fabric, create bows with loops and streamers for a full 3-D appearance. Learn how arrangements are hand sewn together making it look like the ribbon or fabric was tied and the loop is holding it all together.
